...Who Cares?

Sam & Steve started touring all around the UK and abroad back in 2002 when Steve joined Sam in the fabulous (if ill named) vocal act 'Dot Combo'. After a few months they decided to dive head first into the world of Comedy & the turn of 2003 saw the start of 'The Unlikely Lads'! Since then the show has undegone a few changes & back in 2006, Steve & a chance encounter with a travelling circus saw the wonderfully talented gurning dwarf Kev* join the act.

But now the original 'Lads' are BACK AGAIN! ........God help us all.

Sam's earlier life as a club singer warped into the world of The Unlikely Lads back in 2003 and now exactly 6 years later the second coming. After learning his trade on the hoiday centres, hotels, pubs & clubs sam left the world of entertainments to annoy normal people on a more day to day basis. After a few years out he is back again co-writing and performing with Steve. Sadly though most of Sam's compositions are too inapproriate to see the light of day.

  Along with Sam, Steve co-founded The Unlikely Lads has penned the majority of the material for the act over the years, mainly as Sam locks him in a darkened shed until he comes up with something funny. This explains his lack of people skills and bitter outlook on life. He started his career back in 1996 & went on to work as a compere, writer & cabaret both here & abroad. Born in Essex, Steve now lives in the car park of Route Nightclub.

*After 3 solid years as an Unlikely Lad and mainly due to him reaching the winter of his years, Kev has now slipped into a deep state of hibernation and is currently away with the fairies somewhere in North Wales all curled up inside an empty Maltesers bag.  Still a great comic however, wherever he may land.  ....Kev Airs take a bow.
